    Vehicle Preparation:

  • Clear your vehicle of all personal items, including items in the trunk and center console.
  • If there are specific areas of concern (like tough stains or sensitive electronics), make a note to inform the detailing team upon their arrival.
  • Parking and Access:

  • Ensure your vehicle is parked in a spacious, accessible area. This could be your driveway, a designated parking spot, or a similar location where the detailing team can work unhindered.
  • The area should ideally provide enough space for the detailing team to move around the vehicle comfortably.
  • If parking under cover is available please park under cover so we can avoid weather related issues.
  • Water and Power Access

  • Some mobile detailing services may require access to an electrical outlet and a water source. If this is the case, ensure these are accessible from where your vehicle is parked.
  • During the Detailing Appointment

  • Be available at the scheduled time to briefly call or meet and discuss any specific instructions or concerns if necessary.
  • The detailing team might need access to your vehicle's interior, so be prepared to unlock the car or provide keys if necessary.
  • Post-Detailing

  • Once the service is completed, inspect your vehicle to ensure you're satisfied with the work.
  • Provide any feedback to the detailing team and complete the payment process, if not already done.

Terms of Service

Please read the following terms of service carefully.


    Booking Terms and conditions

  • Customers should removal all personal items. If items are not removed they may be thrown away. We are not liable for any lose of personal items.
  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to complete the detail.
  • We hold the discretion to employ any external service provider for your vehicle's detailing. Furthermore, we retain the ability to replace the detailing contractor on short notice, without incurring any penalties
  • We strive to adhere to the scheduled arrival times for bookings, but unexpected events might lead to delays. Such delays do not invalidate our cancellation policy
  • We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/Credit cards are processed by Stripe.
  • We hold the authority to modify or reschedule a booking due to variations in staff availability, weather conditions, or issues with machinery or equipment.
  • Off The Lot disclaims responsibility for any harm or loss to personal belongings, which includes the vehicle under service, its contents, or the area of service. It is important to verify that your vehicle is being serviced in a place that is both lawful and safe. Should you have any doubts or concerns, please promptly bring them to the technician's attention.
  • Every order needs confirmation of the address, package details, and the vehicle's condition. The confirmation of service requests at the time of booking is not assured, and Off The Lot reserves the right to cancel them at any moment based on its own judgment.
  • Off The Lot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Off The Lot reserves the right to decline any customer requests that exceed the scope of the detailing services originally booked.
  • Off The Lot maintains a strict policy against verbal or physical abuse towards its staff. In any such instances, appropriate measures will be taken.
  • Cancellation Policy

  • We require 72 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.
  • Failure to provide 72 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a 15% fee.
  • Same-day appointments that are canceled will may also incur a 15% fee at our discretion.
  • Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service may result in %30 fee at our discretion.
  • Service Guarantee

  • If it is evident and likely that the service technician did not complete the package as requested, or if there is undeniable proof of substandard workmanship, we will take responsibility for the costs and either refund or redo the parts of the service that were either not done or not done satisfactorily.
  • If you decline a follow-up appointment to address unsatisfactory aspects of your service, your refund will be limited to 20% of the service's total cost.
  • Failure to disclose any high soils voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos or any additional work will be performed outside of the original service.
  • Some issues may require services beyond those you initially requested. Refusing the services recommended by customer service or your on-site technician may invalidate the service guarantee
  • Any claims of disatisafction must me filled with 48 hours of service. To fill a claim email offthelotservices@gmail.com.
  • Providing Feedback and Photos

  • We reserve the right at Off The Lot's discretion to utilize photographs of your vehicle for marketing objectives and to display them on our website or any of our social media platforms.
  • Feedback will be requested after each service.
  • No personal information is shared on our website or any other media.
